Estimates and final scope

Photo, phone and text estimates are preliminary unless Haul Hero confirms otherwise in writing. Final price and service eligibility may depend on onsite volume, weight, access, labor, disposal category and materials actually present. Haul Hero will confirm the scope before beginning work.

Demolition and regulated work

Demolition or alteration requests are accepted only when the project can be performed in compliance with applicable California licensing, permit, labor and safety requirements. A website description is not a promise that Haul Hero can legally perform every requested project. Work requiring a license or permit will not be undertaken unless all required qualifications and approvals are in place.

Materials requiring advance approval

Customers must disclose all load contents. Haul Hero does not accept hazardous or regulated materials unless specifically agreed in advance and handled through an authorized process. Restricted materials may include asbestos-containing material, chemicals, paint, fuel, medical or biological waste, explosives, ammunition, pressurized cylinders and other materials subject to special handling or disposal rules.

Access and customer responsibility

The customer must have authority to remove the items, disclose stairs or other access constraints, identify known hazards and provide safe access to the pickup location. Additional work or undisclosed materials may require a revised estimate.

Calls and text messages

When you call or send a text, you authorize Haul Hero to respond about that request. Message and data rates may apply. A service inquiry is not consent to unrelated automated marketing. You may ask Haul Hero to stop nonessential text communication at any time.
